Privacy Policy
Partnering Not Parenting Limited This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR).
1. Data Collection & Use
We collect only the information necessary to provide our services and stay in touch:
Members & Students: Name, Email, and Transaction Data (processed securely via Stripe).
Email Subscribers: If you sign up via our website to receive newsletters, resources, or updates, we collect your name and email address based on your express consent.
Third Parties: We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
2. Confidentiality
Because our courses and memberships involve sensitive family journeys, we operate a strict "Sanctuary Rule":
Our Commitment: We treat your stories with the highest degree of confidentiality. We will not share your specific details outside the group unless required by law or for safeguarding purposes (where we have a legal or ethical obligation to act if we believe there is a risk of serious harm to yourself, a child, or another person).
Your Commitment: By participating in any group call or forum, you agree to keep the identities and stories of other members strictly confidential.
3. Recording Disclosure & Participant Responsibility
Live group calls within memberships and courses are often recorded for participants who cannot attend.
Consent: By participating with your camera and/or microphone on, you consent to being included in these recordings, which are hosted in secure, members-only areas.
Viewer Responsibility (Closed Circle): Accessing these recordings is a privilege. You are strictly prohibited from downloading, screen-recording, or sharing these videos (or links) with anyone who has not purchased the specific course or membership.
Peer Privacy: You agree to treat these videos with the same respect as a live session. You may not quote, paraphrase, or identify other members featured in these recordings in any public or private forum.
4. Consequences of Breach
Maintaining the safety of this sanctuary is our priority. Any individual found to be sharing recordings or violating the privacy of other members will have their access to all courses and memberships terminated immediately without refund and may face further legal action.
5. Your Legal Rights & Data Erasure
Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, or request the erasure of your personal data.
Requesting Deletion: You may request that we delete the personal information we hold about you at any time.
Consequence of Erasure: Please be aware that our courses and membership platforms require your personal data to function. If you request the permanent erasure of your data, your account will be deleted and your access to all memberships, courses, and resources will be terminated immediately.
No Refunds upon Erasure: No refunds will be provided for any remaining time on a billing cycle or for uncompleted courses if you choose to exercise your right to be forgotten.
How to Exercise Your Rights: To request access or deletion, please contact us at [email protected].
6. Marketing Communications
Consent: If you have opted-in to receive emails via our website, we will use your data to send you relevant news and resources.
Opting Out: You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time via the "Unsubscribe" link in any email footer or by emailing us at [email protected].
Impact on Membership: Unsubscribing from marketing emails will not delete your account, but you may miss important updates regarding live sessions or new materials.
